SUMMARY
- Responsible for creating Sub-regional Marketing Plan in coordination with Regional Management Team for launching in a complex market;
- Experience shaping the market, shaping standard of care and need for a treatment;
- Develop and coordinate market research with key stakeholders;
- Strong metric capabilities, mapping the marketing and properly leading analysis and projections;
- Work closely with Access team in order to ensure best initiatives, alignment and access submissions in East&North Europe;
- Work closely with physicians in the field building relationship, advocates and managing key opinion leaders;
- Responsible for ensuring local execution of global marketing priorities, working with medical, access and sales team;
- Accountable for managing effective relationships and partnerships between internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales and medical teams;
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
- Ability to work in a multiproduct environment with multiple approach and strong leadership;
- Lead multichannel strategies for the franchises, printed materials, virtual approaches, events, congress, etc.
- Understand P&L concept and coordinate initiatives to achieve goals;
- Strong ability on project management and KPI implementation;
- Implementation of ROI tools to maximize and select initiatives;
- Experience working in a multinational company, being part of strategic discussions, forums and presentations;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
SCOPE
- Lead Marketing strategies and initiatives in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, EEC , among other countries where BioMarin has commercial operations.
- Operate within agreed budgets ensuring optimal investment of promotional resources.
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial East and North to monitor and analyse the impact of activities within the promotional mix in order to maximise effectiveness
- Work with the Head of Commercial East and North and the finance team to ensure that planned expense estimates are accurate and regularly updated to reflect any deviations from plan – update monthly/quarterly tracker
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferable majored in Marketing or with a MBA/Specialization in MKT
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning and excellent organizational skills
- Minimum of 8 years on Pharmaceutical Industry
